This week is thanksgiving week and I can’t help but think about all that I have that so many in our world don’t. God has blessed me with so much…I’m sure it’s the same for you! Think about it…the family we’ve been given, the homes we live in, the clothes we wear, the food we eat, the jobs we have. And yet the most profound is his redeeming love.
That’s what I’m most thankful for…have a great thanksgiving.

For the last four weeks we have been in a marriage series at church. This past week I received a phone call where the man on the other end thanked me for doing this series. He said “I think it may have saved my marriage.” His wife and him had reached the decision that it was probably best that they divorce. While attending this series he felt God speak to him…challenging him to again be the priest of his household like Scripture teaches. In obedience he decided that he would renew his passion at being the father and the husband that he should. “It was almost an immediate difference.” he said, “thinks have drastically changed and I know my marriage has been saved.” It’s powerful to see what a moment with God can do.
